Completion of the registration form enters you into the draw, which will be held on Monday, October 17, 2016. Please ensure that your schedule and duties allow you to attend the breakfast on Tuesday, November 22, 2016. If you are selected you will be contacted by e-mail with a non-transferable invitation and the event details. It is important that you respond to confirm your attendance, so a replacement can be invited from the list of entries if need be. If you are not successful, you will be notified as soon as the guest list for the breakfast is finalized.
