The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered today, Thursday, January 6, 2011 to mark the passing of Dorie Gray.
GRAY, Doreen (Dorie), passed away suddenly on December 24, 2010. Dorie began her career with UBC Continuing Studies in 1985, becoming a member of the UBC 25 Year Club last year. She demonstrated exceptional dedication to adult learners through a variety of roles, most recently providing program support for Community and Professional Programs based at UBC Robson Square.
In lieu of flowers, donations to be made in her name to BC Women’s Foundation/NICU Baby Tile or Delta Community Animal Shelter.
