Professor Emeritus Kenneth Coutts passed away on July 11, 2018. As an associate professor of Exercise Physiology and Kinesiology in the School of Kinesiology, Dr. Coutts was instrumental in the development of research focused studies and provided enormous contributions in exercise physiology with a keen research interest in cardiovascular capabilities of athletes with spinal cord injuries. Dr. Coutts retired in 1999 after 30 years at UBC.
