The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) is lowered on Thursday, August 4, in remembrance.
Professor Emeritus John Robert (Jock) McIver passed away on June 27, 2016. Dr. McIver came to UBC in 1969, teaching in the Department of Anatomy until his retirement in 1991.
A celebration of life will be held Thursday August 11, at Hollyburn Country Club (950 Cross Creek Rd, West Vancouver) at 4 p.m.
