The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered today, Monday, September 19, 2011, in memory of Katherine Quinn, who passed away on Wednesday September 14, 2011 after a battle with illness.
Katherine began with UBC in the fall of 2000. Over a nine year period she held several different positions as a staff member in the Faculties of Applied Science and Forestry and was an important member of Development and Alumni Engagement. Katherine was the Development Coordinator with the Faculty of Forestry when she passed away.
