The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered on Friday, May 30, in memory of Margaret Anne Harney, who passed away on May 24, 2014.
Margaret was inducted into the 25 Year Club in 2013 from the Department of Zoology, where she has been administrator for the last 16 years. She is remembered for having served diligently, faithfully and always with good humour.
Visitation and services will be held in Squamish. In lieu of flowers, donations to any charity in Margaret’s name would be appreciated.
