The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered on Saturday, July 11, in memory of Vivek Singh Pandher, who passed away on July 3, 2015 at the age of 22.
Vivek began his studies at UBC in September 2010 in the Faculty of Applied Science and was working towards a degree in Electrical Engineering.
