The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered on Wednesday, October 28, in remembrance.
Dr. Leon Bibb, OBC passed away on October 23, 2015. The legendary Leon Bibb was conferred with an honorary Doctor of Letters by UBC in 2011.
