The BC Flag (Main Mall and Agronomy Road) will be lowered on Wednesday, December 2, in remembrance.
Dorothy B. Osborne passed away on November 21, 2015 at the age of 102. Dorothy was predeceased by her husband, Professor Robert (Bob) Osborne, CM, a UBC Athlete, coach and a founding father of the UBC School of Physical Education. Dorothy was an alumna of UBC and was an active member of the community in the School of Kinesology, the UBC Faculty Women’s Club, and a member of the Delta Gamma Sorority for over 80 years.
