Ms Susana Alaiz-Losada passed away on February 28, 2017 in Madrid, Spain. Susana was an excellent teacher who was well-liked by her students and colleagues. She earned her Master’s in Spanish Literature from UBC in 2001. Susana taught for many years in the Department of French, Hispanic and Italian Studies as well as Continuing Studies.
