Professor Emeritus Antal (Tony) Kozak passed away on June 22, 2017. Dr. Kozak came to Canada with the Sopron Division of the Faculty of Forestry. He was hired by UBC in 1965, serving at Professor, and Associate Dean, retiring as Emeritus in 2001, and remaining active in the Department of Forest Resources Management until recently.
