The BC and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Old SUB) will be lowered on Tuesday, August 8, in remembrance.
Dr. Arthur Edwin Burgess passed away on June 18, 2017. Dr. Burgess earned his Ph.D. and began his career at UBC. He was a distinguished researcher and scientist in the field of medical imaging and visual perception.
