Professor Emerita Jo-Ann McEachern passed away on October 1, 2017. Dr. McEachern joined UBC in 1993. She was a specialist in eighteenth-century French non-fiction prose and the history of ideas. Dr. McEachern retired as Professor Emerita of French in 2007.
