The BC and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Old SUB) will be lowered on Tuesday, July 3, in remembrance.
Professor Emeritus Douglas Yeo passed away on May 7, 2018. Dr. Yeo was a founding faculty member in the Faculty of Dentistry beginning in 1964, and retired in 1987. He served as both an Associate Dean, as well as Dean of the Dental School. He was beloved by the school and there is an entrance scholarship given yearly in his name to deserving students.
