The BC and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Old SUB) will be lowered on Friday, August 10, in remembrance.
Professor Emeritus Philip Pinkus passed away on August 5, 2018. Dr. Pinkus taught in the Department of English at UBC from 1958 to 1984. He retired as a Professor Emeritus in 1984. Funeral services will be held Thursday. August 9, at 11:00am at the Temple Shalom Cemetary in White Rock.
