The BC and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building (the Old SUB) will be lowered on Monday, October 22, in remembrance.
Professor Emeritus Alfred Livingston Ogilvie passed away on September 4, 2018. Dr. Ogilvie attended UBC as an undergrad, and returning in 1976 as a Professor in Oral Medicine, playing a key role in the creation of the Periodontics Program in the Faculty of Dentistry.
