The Right Honorable John Turner, P.C., C.C., Q.C. passed away on September 19, 2020. Dr. Turner received an honorary degree from UBC in 1994.
Stephen Drance
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Monday, September 21, in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Stephen Michael Drance O.C. passed away on September 2, 2020. Dr. Drance taught in the department of Ophthalmology for over 20 years, and he received an honorary degree from UBC in 1998.
Seung Kim
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Monday, September 21, in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Seung Kim passed away on August 7, 2020. Dr. Kim taught in the faculty of Medicine, Neurology division.
Edmond Granirer
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Monday, September 21, in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Edmond Ernest Granirer passed away on August 31, 2020. Dr. Granirer taught Mathematics for over 25 years and was inducted into the Quarter Century Club in 1996.
Charles Brauner

The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Friday September 4, in remembrance. Clinical Associate Professor Emeritus John Crosby passed away on July 15, 2020. Dr. Crosby taught in the Department of Anesthesiology, Pharmacology & Therapeutics.

The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Friday September 4, in remembrance. The Hon. Lance Finch O.B.C. passed away on August 30, 2020. Dr. Finch received an honorary degree from UBC in 2003.
