Richard Pincock
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Wednesday, December 2 in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Richard Pincock passed away on November 7. Dr. Pincock taught in the department of Chemistry and joined the Quarter Century Club in 1996.
Gary Wedeking
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Monday, November 23 in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Gary Wedeking passed away on November 3. Dr. Wedeking taught in the department of Philosophy and joined the quarter Century Club in 1996.
Remembrance Day
The Canada flag (at Flagpole Plaza) and the BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered on Wednesday, November 11, 2020, to mark Remembrance Day. UBC’s Virtual Ceremony for Remembrance Day will be held on Wednesday, November 11, 2020.
