The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (temporarily relocated to the East Mall Entrance and Plaza at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) will be lowered on Friday, May 19, 2023 in remembrance.
Professor Emeritus Juhn Wada passed away April 22, 2023. Dr. Wada served in the Department of Psychiatry and also held an honorary degree (D.Sc. h.c.) from UBC.
