Rachel Toop
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (temporarily relocated to the East Mall Entrance and Plaza at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) will be lowered on Friday, December 20, 2024 in remembrance. Current staff and 25 Year Club member Rachel Toop passed away on November 17, 2024. Ms. Toop served as a Parking Access Coordinator with Campus Security.
Peter Bullen
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (temporarily relocated to the East Mall Entrance and Plaza at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) will be lowered on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Peter Bullen passed away on October 28, 2024. Dr. Bullen served in the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science.
Alena Branda
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (temporarily relocated to the East Mall Entrance and Plaza at the Irving K. Barber Learning Centre) will be lowered on Wednesday, December 18, 2024 in remembrance. Senior Instructor Emerita Alena Branda passed away on July 4, 2024. Dr. Branda served in the Department of Human Kinetics, Faculty of Education.
