The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Wednesday, January 21 in remembrance. Dr. Kathleen Heddle passed away on January 11, 2021. Dr. Heddle received her Honorary Doctorate of Laws Degree from UBC in 2004.
Leanne Dahlgren

Dr. Dahlgren was currently teaching as an Assistant Professor, Grant Tenure with the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology at BC Children’s Hospital.

Laurence Bongie
The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Wednesday, January 13 in remembrance. Professor Emeritus Laurence Bongie passed away on December 26, 2020. Dr. Bongie taught French and was Head of the French Department from 1966 to 1992.
