The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in remembrance. Assistant Professor Emeritus Norman Young passed away on April 11, 2021. Professor Young was an alumnus of UBC and taught in the Department of Theatre and Film.

The BC, Musqueam and UBC flags (at the North Plaza of the Life Building) will be lowered Wednesday, April 21, 2021 in remembrance. Professor Emeritus J. P. Hamish Kimmins, O.C. passed away on April 8, 2021. Dr. Kimmins taught in the Department of Forest Sciences for over 35 years and joined the Quarter Century Club in 1996.
